Rocky Mountain Guest House was built by Ross and Lorna Uibel in 1977. It is a beautiful large home with split-levels and post and beam construction. There are 6 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, game room, a family room with a sunken fire place, a large front room with a fire place, and solarium with walk out to the yard.

Chief Mountain Lodge has a large treed yard, outdoor fire pit & wood available. There is a large deck with BBQ. A beautiful and cozy, cedar lined cabin caters to the entire family. Featuring 3 bed rooms, T.V.room, kitchen & great room, 1 full size bath room and 1/2 bath room, with laundry facilities.
Bear Mountain Motel
Located right in the Waterton townsite, Bear Mountain Motel offers a friendly, clean, and affordable place to stay. Following a classic 1960’s motel style, the motel offers many different room types. Bear Country Inn & Suites , which is part of The Barn Store, is a small, third-generation, family-run business that employs local students and young adults for the busy summertime season. The family and employees enjoy meeting and serving people from all over the world, and hope everyone feels welcome in our little beautiful corner of the world. The Owner, Jeff Uibel, is a semi-retired Mechanical Engineer who was born in the United States, and raised in the small community of Mountain View, Alberta Canada. His grandfather Uibel immigrated to Southern Alberta from Germany.
